Product Descriptions
Highlands Card & Gift attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

RETURN / Refund POLICY

All items must be returned in new, un-used, un-worn condition with tags attached within 30 days. If item sizing is incorrect, item must be returned in new, un-used, un-worn condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase for exchanged size. Use the Contact Us button at the bottom of this page to request the address.

Any returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returned items must be in original new, un-used, un-worn condition with tags attached. Normal time to process your return is 10-14 days upon receipt of package.

If the item is damaged or defective, please call us immediately for instructions. Damage claims must be filed within 7 days of receipt of goods. Claims for defective items must be made within 30 days upon receipt of goods. Normal wear is not considered a defect.

When returning any part of your order, please write a note on back of invoice indicating the reason for return and enclose with your shipment. Carefully secure the package and the merchandise to prevent damage in transit. Please insure your return for the full value and retain all of your postal and insurance receipts. A traceable method of shipping must be used.

We do not refund shipping or handling fees unless the return is a result of an error we made or if the item was damaged or defective. WE WILL NOT CREDIT SHIPPING COSTS THAT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL ORDER'S SHIPPING CHARGES. DO NOT SEND YOUR RETURN VIA AN EXPRESS SERVICE. YOUR PACKAGING FEES ARE NOT REIMBURSABLE. Exchanges are only charged a shipping fee of $6.95. If you make an error in the order, whether it be store pickup, incorrect size or item, you WILL BE CHARGED the 10% RESTOCKING FEE.

Shipping Information

Delivery Dates are quoted in business days, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not included. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. 

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Standard delivery: 7-10 business days.

Shipping Charges are for each address shipped to and include packing, insurance and delivery.

Foreign (outside USA): We do not ship outside the USA!
